At the last ECG social, a group of us indicated that we’d love to make use of our fabulous pool for a water exercise class. After searching around unsuccessfully for a teacher to come in once a week, we took the plunge 😉and did it ourselves. We have had a month of water exercise groups and it has been a lot of fun.
The plan is to continue weekly on Mondays from 10-10:45. The exercises are a series of movements in the water set to mainly a 60’s and 70’s soundtrack. The water makes it low-impact for joints, but also provides enough resistance to work the arms.
