The Esplanade BOT “Be in the Know” Meeting

The Esplanade BOT sponsored what they called a “Be in the Know’ Zoom meeting with the residents on February 7. It was a chance for the residents to speak directly to the board members about issues concerning them. The topics included: developing an EV system; the use of expert consultants in planning; Esplanade participation with other condos in Cambridge projects; building security; length of terms for BOT members; and HVAC monitoring. In addition, the ECG suggested that “the BOT see the ECG as an ally in the work needed to take the Esplanade into the future” and offered their help. The Board has said that they will get back to the residents regarding the issues raised. We look forward to their responses and follow-up. Our appreciation goes to the BOT for this opportunity.
